Return, Exchange & Claims Policy

📩 Returns & Exchanges – Lysa Jewelry

We hope you love your order, but if something didn’t turn out the way you expected, you have 14 days to make a return from the date you received your package.

🔁 How to Make a Return

To register a return, simply email us at info@lysajewelry.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) and quantity you wish to return
  • (Optional) A quick note about why – your feedback helps us improve 💛

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions via email. Please pack the item securely (you may reuse the original packaging). You are responsible for the condition of the returned items when they arrive.

📼 Return Shipping & Fees

  • Returns within Sweden:
    We will send you a return label by email. A 80 SEK return handling and shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns outside Sweden:
    You are responsible for return shipping. A 8 EUR handling fee will be deducted once we receive your item.
  • Unclaimed packages:
    If your package is returned to us due to non-pickup, a 190 SEK / 20 EUR handling fee will be charged.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size for a ring or bracelet? No problem! Just email us and let us know the size you'd like.
You don’t need to place a new order for size exchanges.
 For all other exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the new item.

 

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items that are used, damaged, or not in resellable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.

🛠 Claims / Faulty Items

We offer a 365 days warranty.

If your jewelry has a manufacturing or material defect, you may file a claim within a reasonable timeframe—ideally within 2 months after noticing the issue.

To make a claim:

  • Email us at info@lysajewelry.com
  • Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description

If approved, we will offer a replacement with the same or equivalent item. If no suitable replacement is available, we will refund the item.

Please note:
 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, careless handling, or lost items.
